Here is the lastest lies the Keep Michigan Wolves Protected has been telling. Guys, we really need to beat these Wolftards. I am so tired of reading the lies the send out to the general public. So please help out with what ever you can help out with.
We must make this wolf hunt the last one in Michigan, and we cannot do it without your help.
According to Department of Natural Resources Director Keith Creagh, there is "always a potential" for wolf trapping. Mr. Creagh made this statement when speaking to the media last week about the just-concluded wolf hunt in which trophy hunters needlessly killed 23 wolves -- far short of the 43 quota. The DNR official admitted that hunters found wolves to be the shy and elusive creatures we know them to be, and went on to state that the "trapping of wolves has shown to be more effective than hunting."
The DNR justified the wolf hunt by claiming that wolves were growing bold and had become habituated to humans, and this unsubstantiated, anti-wolf propaganda has been perpetuated by the use of fear mongering and misinformation. Thankfully, these falsehoods were exposed in November's MLive series. However, the proof is in the pudding -- 1,200 experienced hunters bought licenses to bag 43 wolves, and only 23 of them were able to get their trophy. The bottom line is that wolves avoid human contact, and there is no scientific justification for hunting -- or trapping -- these animals.
That is why we must make this the last wolf hunt in Michigan. We cannot allow this majestic species to be killed for trophies. Please sign up to become a signature gatherer today -- it's time to let the voters in Michigan decide what happens to this iconic species.
Together we can make a difference.
