Live Traps?

Can i use live traps back in the woods or can they only be used around houses? I had a few spots i wanted to try and use a live trap to go after badger and from what i understood from reading the rule book they can only be used around houses

Rob you are correct they can only be used around buildings.

Doesn't that sounds dumb to everyone Or is it just me?

That would be the right tool in this area and i cant use it. Any way that may be able to get changed?

The DNRE is concerned about the posibility of people moving live animals and letting them go.
